Roman Baths Wedding Photography | Peter Smart Photography
A selection from two small intimate weddings at the Roman Baths.
Roman Baths Wedding Photography. What can I say, I absolutely love documenting weddings at The Pump Room, Bath. The bath where weddings take place is truly staggering when you think of it’s history and age. The mixture of sand stone, water, steam (sometimes on cold days), roman statues and huge pillars just gives me heaps of opportunity for my lens and it’s the perfect romantic setting for a wedding! I’ve shot many weddings over the years at the Roman Baths and two of my latest small intimate weddings are featured above in the slideshow. I’m a documentary wedding photographer and after capturing all the important moments of the entrance and ceremony, I take photos of the bride and groom at various areas around the bath that I’ve found over the years to have the greatest visual impact. After this stage, I often take the bride and groom for a short walk outside as there are many great areas for shots which will help to tell the story of a wedding in Bath.
I’m a documentary wedding photographer and my approach to photographing a wedding is to be as unobtrusive as possible. By doing this I am able to capture natural and honest gorgeous wedding moments that will tell your wedding story in the best possible way. If you like what you see in this slideshow, then also check out my galleries in the menu and my featured weddings on my home page as they will give you an in-depth view into my style and all the moments that I love to capture.
